Lesson 1 Guide to Grounding Yourself
1. Sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet place 2. Place feet flat on the floor 3. Place you hands on your knees, palms down, relaxed 4. Close your eyes and take a deep cleansing breath, then breath slowly 5. Imagine roots like a tree, growing out of the bottom of your feet. 6. Watch them spread downward and outward deep into the earth 7. Now imagine a bright white energy vein deep in the earth 8. Your roots tap into this vein and the energy starts to flow up into your roots 9. Feel and see the energy come up through your feet to your knees 10. Now it travels up to your hips 11. Now it travels up to your midsection 12. Now it travels up to your chest 13. Now it travels up to your shoulders 14. At this point it divides to flow into your arms, to the finger tips 15. It now bounces back together at the neck and flows upward 16. It flows up to the top of your head 17. Sit for a minute and feel the energy in your body 18. Take a deep cleansing breath and let it out slowly 19. Open your eyes and feel truly grounded
Lesson 2 Your first lesson in Meditation
1. Gather any music, candles, incense or oils that you may want to use during your meditation. 2. Find a nice quiet place where you are not disturbed 3. Set up your music and things 4. Sit or Lay down, make sure you are comfortable 5. If you are sitting, place your hands on your knees palms up 6. If you are lay down put you hands at your sides palms up 7. Close your eyes and feel your surroundings 8. Take 3 slow deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth 9. As you take each breath, imagine when you inhale that you are bringing in cleansing and exhale the clutter. 10. Now, breath slow and even 11. Let you mind hear your surroundings, all is quiet in your mind 12. See with your eyes closed 13. Now you are ready to focus and learn the answers you seek
